I love achieving and doing. My personality thrives on making a difference and seeing growth and change – in myself and others. I often have to remind myself just how significant small changes are. They are the micro-nudges that – over the course of time – make a huge difference. All too often we feel challenged or overwhelmed by the “Big Changes” happening in the world around us. This can often lead to a variety of “out of control” feelings ranging from disappointment, to disillusionment, to utter frustration. During these moments, we often forget how much control we actually have and that by making small micro changes, we can make a big difference to our personal and professional lives.
