Where have you been all my life?!
When I walked into my office this morning, I was overwhelmed with tasks but found myself evaluating what was important and what was urgent (crisis zone). Back in the office, my emails had accumulated to 250. Within an hour, I had sorted out all my mails. I have delegated, as I have never done before, completed my daily work and I am now looking forward to going home within the next half an hour. Normally I work very late to try and catch up. I know it is my new attitude and way of thinking. I am working much smarter. I am thinking the whole time of a better and more effective way of doing things, and I am saving time all the way.
