What Wastes Your Time?

Many people feel used by life. They feel victimised and resentful of all that they think they must do. The good news is, it is possible to stop feeling this way. If we really want to, we can choose to shift our perspective. And shifting our perspective will help us to do things differently and more effectively.

During our Effective Time and Stress Management workshop on 10 & 11 April, I will introduce you to some practical tools to help you STOP Juggling and START Living.  We will bring balance back by being aware of how you are choosing to use the precious time of your life and how you are reacting to stressors. Release Time Wasters

  1. What would your soul consider a waste of time? To a soul, the only real time is right NOW. Not the future or the past. It lives in connecting deeply with the rich experience of each moment. Through awareness we can get in touch with our authentic self and listen to how it perceives our use of our time. It’ll let you know where you are wasting it. Perhaps on mindless TV consumption or interruptions or checking social media too often or not saying no.
  2. What would your soul consider a high priority? To build a new relationship with the time, it’s essential to see time from different perspective. To discover how to do life rather than allow life to do you, use meditation or journaling to ponder this critical question. What really matters to your soul? The answers might be different to what you are currently doing. So stop and listen and take Key Steps to
