Citibank in partnership with Henley Business School invited Dr Sharon to form part of their executive coaching panel. Dr Sharon was chosen for her reputation as a leading business coach who achieves outstanding results. She was presented to potential coachees who were identified as key talent and high-performers as one of the coaches available to work with them. The aim was to lift the lid of their potential and tap into the depth of their strengths as well as seek out and improve key development areas.
Dr Sharon was amongst the most sought-after coaches because of her niche coaching approach that blends executive coaching with Neuro-linguistic programme. Managers who were nominated for the programme, were given 12 coaching sessions with Sharon spanning 12 to 18 months. After the initial chemistry check session, line managers were invited to the second session to offer support and guidance regarding their perception of strengths and development areas.
