Payment Terms

 

Payment for training, speaking, consulting and/or coaching services is cash on delivery (COD). Arrangements can be made for 30 day payment terms, calculated as from the end of the month of the date of invoice. Please discuss terms directly with Sharon.

 

 

Terms and Conditions for Cancellations and Postponements

 

 1. Short Courses or Talks

(i.e. 1, 2 or 3 day workshops, talks or other corporate events)

 

Cancellations

  • In order to manage our most precious commodity (time), only written cancellations will be accepted and
    can be emailed to sharon@keysteps.co.za.
  • 0% Cancellation fee will apply for cancellations MADE FOUR WEEKS PRIOR to the course.
  • 100% Cancellation fee will apply for cancellations RECEIVED LESS THAN FOUR WEEKS PRIOR of the course.
  • You are welcome to arrange substitute delegates or a substitute course to take place on the SAME DATES
    as those booked for the original training.

 

Postponements

  • In order to manage our most precious commodity (time), only written cancellations will be accepted and
    can be emailed to sharon@keysteps.co.za.
  • 0% Postponement fee will apply for postponements MADE FOUR WEEKS PRIOR to the course.
  • 75% Postponement fee will apply for postponements RECEIVED LESS THAN FOUR WEEKS PRIOR to the course.

 

2. Longer Development Programmes

(i.e. workshops consisting of multiple modules or blocks spaced over time)

 

Cancellations and/or Postponements

  • In order to manage our most precious commodity (time), only written cancellations will be accepted and
    can be emailed to sharon@keysteps.co.za.
  • 100% Fee will apply for all modules or blocks of training scheduled in the FOUR WEEKS following the cancellation/postponement. 50% Fee will apply for the modules or blocks scheduled in the TWELVE WEEKS thereafter.
  • You are welcome to arrange substitute delegates or a substitute course to take place on the SAME DATES
    as those booked for the original training.
  • Should Key Steps be able to fill the vacated dates with alternative training, there would be a potential refund –
    in part or full – depending on the specifics of the new bookings.

 

 

Important Note: Should a workshop need to be moved back or forward a few days from the original date and our schedule is able accommodate this, we will not treat this as a postponement as we do value our relationship with you and will endeavour to be flexible and accommodate your needs as very best we can.
